I recently stayed at Hotel San Miguel for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The location is great, with stunning views of the lake and a peaceful atmosphere. There are also several dining options and shops nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making it easy to book tours and transportation. The double room was spacious and had a private bathroom. The highlight was definitely the large patio area with hammocks overlooking the lake. a wonderful place to stay for a relaxing getaway.

I felt so privileged to relax in a hammock and enjoy the scenery. The double room I stayed in was spacious and the private bathroom was adequate. The balcony area was definitely a big bonus. The owners of the hotel were amazing. They arranged a private boat ride for me to get to the airport early and even took me on a scenic tour before dropping me off at a more convenient location. The staff was helpful and accommodating, even arranging for late-night boat rides to the island. Andrew, our host, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, offering assistance and sharing his stories with us. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the staff were all very friendly. it was one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in, with excellent comfort and wonderful views.

The view from the hotel's deck was stunning, with boats coming and going to the island. The staff, particularly a friendly and helpful younger guy, made our stay enjoyable. The hotel arranged tours and transport, including a free boat ride to Flores. There's a lovely beach nearby for swimming, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The owners were very nice, and the food was good. The hotel offered shuttles to Tikal at lower rates.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and polite, promptly addressing any issues we had. They even fixed the hot water problem immediately upon our arrival. The location was perfect, with shops close by for grabbing snacks and the beach just a short walk away. We were lucky enough to spot monkeys in the woods behind the hotel. we had a peaceful and enjoyable stay at this hotel. I would definitely recommend it to others.

The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff, specifically Andrew, was incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to assist with any issues or questions that arose during our stay.

The rooms were not up to par, with only one power outlet available and a subpar fan that took up the only plug. We also had no hot water for the majority of our stay, and despite promises to fix the issue, nothing was done.

The value for money was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was stunning, with beautiful views of the lake and Flores. The staff treated me with kindness and went above and beyond to help.

The host, Andrew, went above and beyond to ensure my sister and I had a great time. He helped us with arranging tours, getting our money back from a shuttle driver, and even arranged an Uber for us. The staff, who are all part of Andrew's family, were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. The meals prepared by the house cook were delicious, and they even took care of our laundry. The view of the island of Flores from the terrace was stunning, and swimming in the lake was a highlight. great value for money and excellent service.

I recently had an amazing stay at a cozy hotel with a breathtaking view over the sea. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a bathroom inside. Waking up to the stunning view and watching the sunset and sunrise from the balcony was simply unforgettable. The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel warmly welcomed. They even arranged water taxis for us to get to the other side, which made for interesting and humorous experiences. Despite the room not being perfect, the friendly staff and the incredible view made it all worth the price. It truly was a perfect stay.

My room had a stunning view and the staff, except for one grumpy receptionist, were friendly and helpful. Nothing like paying extra to cross a bridge every time I want to leave or return to the hotel, what a thrilling experience!

I just loved asking for toilet paper at the front desk and not having running water after 10PM. Such exquisite amenities!
