I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff, who were bilingual, were extremely helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect for me as it was quiet and close to the airport, with a convenient free shuttle service. Additionally, it was also within walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants, making it easy to explore the local dining scene. I felt that this hotel was located in a safe area of the city.

I recently stayed at the Biltmore hotel for a week-long trip. The hotel had a great promotion when I booked, making it excellent value for money. The location was safe and convenient, with a shopping mall and supermarket nearby. The hotel also offered a complimentary shuttle bus to the airport, although I recommend allowing extra time due to traffic. The staff were exceptional, with special mention to Mildred Cabrera at the front desk who provided excellent service and a warm smile. The room was comfortable and the beds were cozy. I enjoyed the breakfast with fresh fruit and yogurt, although I would suggest more bread options and fresh cheese.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

From the affordable prices to the attention to detail, it was clear that the hotel wanted to provide the best experience for their guests. The location was perfect, close to a variety of bars, restaurants, and even a mall. It made exploring the city so convenient. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were exceptional. From the friendly service to their willingness to go the extra mile, they really made us feel welcome. The basic amenities in the rooms were great, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also loved that breakfast was included, it was a great way to start our day.

One aspect that was disappointing was the confusion and overcharging that occurred during check-out. It took some time to resolve the issue and get the correct amount billed to our credit card.

They were always ready to assist with any request and made me feel very welcome. the cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional and I loved the comfortable bed and pillows. the location of the hotel was also great, as it was conveniently located near popular attractions and restaurants.

One downside was the limited breakfast options for guests with dietary restrictions. Additionally, the gym only had cardio equipment and for a more varied workout, I had to go to a nearby hotel's gym for an extra fee.
