I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff, who were bilingual, were extremely helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect for me as it was quiet and close to the airport, with a convenient free shuttle service. Additionally, it was also within walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants, making it easy to explore the local dining scene. I felt that this hotel was located in a safe area of the city.

The location was safe and convenient, with a shopping mall and supermarket nearby. The hotel also offered a complimentary shuttle bus to the airport, although I recommend allowing extra time due to traffic. The staff were exceptional, with special mention to Mildred Cabrera at the front desk who provided excellent service and a warm smile. The room was comfortable and the beds were cozy. I enjoyed the breakfast with fresh fruit and yogurt, although I would suggest more bread options and fresh cheese.

I spent Christmas at this hotel and it was amazing. the staff was really friendly and helpful. They decorated the lobby beautifully for Christmas, which was a nice touch. the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and the coffee was really good. the location was perfect, close to restaurants and bars. There were two complementary facts offered without even asking. the first one was a free shuttle to the airport, which was a huge convenience. the second one was free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which helped me stay connected with my family during the holidays. it was a great experience.

The only downside of my stay was the confusion about the shuttle bus when I arrived at the airport. It was a bit stressful because I couldn't find it even though I had booked it in advance.
