Although our room lacked air conditioning, the gentle ocean breeze and ceiling fan kept us cool and comfortable. The rustic, thatched roof design added to the authentic beach experience we were seeking.

Excellent beachfront location, with 3 pools including a pool with a bar. Friendly and helpful staff, especially the manager Kevin. Early check-in and arranged a fantastic sunrise boat tour. Delicious food by one of the best cooks in the area. AC is worth it in the hot climate.

The room was too small for our family and lacked proper ventilation. the air conditioning was insufficient, and the room was uncomfortably warm, even with the fan.

The staff at Cafe Del Sol were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. They even accommodated my request to change the whiskey in their delicious promo drink to rum. The pool was magnificent and perfect for relaxing under the sun in Monterrico. The hotel also helped us find a private taxi to the airport at a reasonable price. We truly appreciate the hotel, staff, and their exceptional service!
