Very big apartment, nice beds, felt at home. Egg chef at breakfast. Big 4K Netflix TV, flexible check out. Friendly, helpful staff went out of their way. Return trip after 25 years, just as I remembered. Perfect location in Zona 10.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a great experience! loved that they offered a free shuttle service from and to the airport – such a relief after a long flight. the hotel is located in a safe, quiet area but is still close to many restaurants and shops, making it very convenient. Finally, the breakfast buffet was amazing – so many different options to choose from and everything was fresh and tasty.

There weren't many negative aspects, but the hotel could have done better with their Wi-Fi connection. It wasn't very strong in my room, making it difficult to stay connected to work emails.
