Beautiful pool, delicious meals, friendly bartender, nice bedrooms, great service.

Couldn't stay longer.

I recently stayed at Cayman Suites for a relaxing vacation. The pool area offered a stunning view of the ocean, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The spacious bedrooms were comfortable, and the service provided by the friendly staff was excellent. The food at the hotel was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the convenience of having a refrigerator in my room. The enormous and clean pool was a highlight, and the comfortable beds ensured a great night's sleep.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the beach. The rooms were clean and nice to stay in, with attention to detail. The service from the staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast provided was good and satisfying.

Our stay at Cayman Suites was fantastic. We were blown away by the experience of setting baby turtles free, which was the highlight of our trip. The breakfast was delicious and the insect control program was highly effective. Additionally, we loved the peaceful atmosphere at the back of the hotel, away from the sun. Seeing the live caiman was a unique and exciting experience.

The location is private with a good insect control program. The staff is friendly, especially the bilingual high-level managers. The beach has a dramatic black sand, although not suitable for swimming. The pool is beautiful, and the swim-up bar adds to the experience. Room service is prompt and the food is delicious.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for the services and amenities provided. The staff were attentive and paid great attention to detail. I loved the hotel's location right on the beach, providing stunning views from the pool area. The basic amenities in the clean and well-maintained rooms were more than satisfactory. Plus, the breakfast was good and offered a nice variety of options.

The only improvement needed was the maintenance in the shower.

The pool was stunning, and although the beach wasn't ideal for swimming, the black sand added a dramatic touch. The meals were delicious, especially at breakfast. We loved the quiet and shaded area at the back of the resort. The highlight of our trip was releasing baby turtles - an unforgettable experience. The insect control program was effective, and seeing live caiman was a fun surprise. The staff was friendly and the swim-up bar was a nice touch.

The hotel offers great complementary facilities that made our stay comfortable like the provided towels and pool amenities. It is also located in a strategic place that is easy to access from the city center and the beach. the staff was very kind and accommodating, always ready to help with any inquiries.

The food was not to our liking as it was very expensive and did not taste good, which made us look for alternatives outside the hotel. there were a lot of mosquitoes in the vicinity that made it uncomfortable to stay outside for too long.

We were also impressed with the multitude of TV channels available in our room. we had a fantastic experience at Cayman Suites.

One drawback we encountered was the lack of Wi-Fi access in our room. We had to visit the restaurant in order to have internet access.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always wearing a smile and going above and beyond to take care of their guests. They even surprised me with water and a refreshing cup of fruits after a long day of exploring. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet alleyway within walking distance to the old city's stunning temples and lively food markets. I was able to easily rent a scooter and venture into the nearby jungle. The cleanliness was top-notch, with fresh towels provided daily and a well-maintained room. The bed and pillow were so comfortable that I had the best sleep during my stay. The hotel also offered a complimentary snack bar, filled with refreshing drinks, cookies, and nuts. I felt like I was staying in a 5-star hotel with the personalized service and attention to detail.
