I particularly enjoyed the painted furniture and the relaxing atmosphere.

This hostel has stunning waterfront dorms with breathtaking views of Livingston and Rio Dulce. The staff, consisting of both locals and travelers, is incredible and can help arrange various tours, including the highly recommended Cueva del Tigre with Elmar. There is also a bar restaurant offering delicious local cuisine. Additionally, they provide affordable transportation to Rio Dulce right from the hostel.

That the dormitory rooms could get quite warm, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Another issue was the limited number of showers and toilets available, which could cause some inconvenience, especially during peak times.

Additionally, the hotel's pier made it easy to arrive and depart by boat from Rio Dulce.

Stayed at La Casa Rosada and it was beautiful, cosy, and well decorated. The large beds and spacious shower were a plus. The dinner, especially the Tapado, was excellent, and the homemade cake was delicious. The private dock made it convenient to get off the boat from Rio Dulce directly to the hostel. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about nearby areas and transportation options. The location was great, close to the main street and pier. a great stay! 😊

I recently stayed at La Casa Rosada in Livingston for a few days. The views from the dorm overlooking the river were breathtaking, especially during sunrise. The paddleboarding experience around that time was magical. The dock with its hammocks was the perfect spot to unwind. The food, especially the breakfast pancakes and Thai curry, was delicious. The staff, including the owner Ishmael and Phoenix, went above and beyond to help and make me feel like family. I highly recommend this stress-free hotel.

The gardens and pier were nice, providing a relaxed atmosphere.- The shared bathrooms were clean and conveniently located.- The breakfast, although a bit late, was good and reasonably priced.- The coffee served was proper espresso, which was a pleasant surprise.

The room was quite noisy, especially due to its proximity to the area where meals were prepared. The price for the room, considering it was a bungalow with shared bathroom, was too high in comparison to other options.

I had an absolutely marvelous time during my stay at this wonderful hotel in Livingston. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided great tourist information and transportation options. The food at the hotel's restaurant was some of the best in town, especially the delicious Tapado dish. The hotel itself had a fantastic vibe and the location right on the seafront was unbeatable. The dorms were beautifully decorated and had everything I needed, including a private shower and toilet. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the hammocks on the jetty were the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning sunrise views. I also loved the fact that I could swim and use tubes for free. The hotel offered great value for the price and attracted a cool and friendly group of travelers. I had a fantastic experience at Casa Rosada and would highly recommend it to others.

The only drawback I encountered was the lack of a kitchen in the hotel, which can be inconvenient for backpackers like myself. Despite these minor drawbacks, I still had a wonderful time at the hotel and would definitely return in the future.
