We absolutely loved Hotel Playa Linda! The room was large and had a comfortable bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. The hotel also had a balcony and lake view, which was breathtaking. The hot showers and fireplace in the room added a cozy touch. We were pleased to find that the staff spoke English, making communication easy. The hotel's location, away from the town center, ensured a peaceful and quiet stay. The gardens with an aviary were delightful, and we enjoyed spending time there. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from one of the local boat docks, making it easy for us to explore the surroundings.

the pool did not look safe for kids and the TV in one of our rooms was a computer monitor turned into a TV and did not work properly.

I recently stayed at Hotel Playa Linda for three nights during my trip to Panajachel. My main purpose for the visit was to relax and enjoy the beautiful Lake Atitlan, and I couldn't have asked for a better hotel. They honored my request for a lake view room at no extra cost, which allowed me to wake up to stunning views every morning. The room itself was spacious and clean, with mosquito nets on the windows to keep the bugs out. The hotel's proximity to the lake and mini markets made it convenient for me to explore the area. I also appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, away from the noisy streets.

We had a wonderful stay at Playa Linda. The staff were splendid, especially the engaging and kind gardener. We loved spending time in the beautiful garden, surrounded by birds. Despite the cold temperature, the pool was clean and enjoyable. We were even lucky enough to witness the hotel cat giving birth to adorable kittens. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated having cable TV with a few English-speaking channels. In the mornings, we enjoyed a cup of coffee in the lobby. Francisco, in particular, provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to ensure our safety and security during a theft incident outside the property. We cannot thank him enough for his attentiveness and friendliness. we had a fantastic experience at Playa Linda.

My recent stay at Hotel Playa Linda was superb! The location was fantastic, and the hotel had a great atmosphere. I had the pleasure of attending an event celebrating the hotel's 5th anniversary, where I met interesting people and even got to chat with the owners/investors. The owners were very friendly and made me feel welcome. Plus, I was treated to some delicious food and a couple of complimentary beers.

Even though there was a minor inconvenience of the top bunk moving throughout the night, the overall experience was excellent. The bunk bed could have been sturdier, but considering it was my first time in a dorm-style hostel, I understood.
