We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at Quinta Maya. The location was convenient, with easy access to both the bus station and the airport. We were also within walking distance to the island of Flores. Despite some concerns about safety in Santa Elena, we felt secure at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and appeared to have been recently renovated. The value for money was excellent, and the hotel staff were helpful in arranging our onward travel. we would definitely recommend Quinta Maya for a convenient, clean, and comfy stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bus station and airport, making it easy to travel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with air conditioning to escape the street fumes. The pool and landscaping are beautiful, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfasts are included and the staff, particularly the desk clerk Lesley, are helpful and accommodating.

The bathroom could be improved for a better experience.

Not one thing.

It was nice to have a pool to relax in during the hot Christmas weather. the breakfast provided was decent, with some tasty options. the location was convenient for exploring the nearby attractions, such as the historical sites and local markets.

The noise levels were unbearable at night, with constant traffic and people shouting loudly. the room was not clean and well-maintained, with poor lighting and a blocked toilet upon arrival.

Conveniently located on the main street with a quick walk to the island. Friendly and helpful staff, allowing storage of luggage and use of pool after checkout. Clean rooms with essential air conditioning. Great rooftop terrace with lake view for enjoying sunset beers. Impressive breakfast buffet at the restaurant.
