We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location, right in front of the lake, was absolutely stunning. We loved waking up and enjoying the beautiful view from our huge balcony. Being surrounded by bars and restaurants made it super convenient to explore and try different cuisines. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and making sure that our room was always clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the hotel breakfast, especially the delicious pancakes. this place offered enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly memorable.

enjoyed our stay in flores, but hotel Santana was a pleasant surprise. the early check-in was a welcome gesture and the lake view from our room was stunning. the location was perfect, close to bus stops and surrounded by great bars and restaurants. huge patios with hammocks were a nice touch too.

Another advantage was having a spacious patio with a hammock, table, and chairs that was perfect for relaxing and working.

The thin walls and the night club across the street made it impossible to sleep comfortably. the loud music kept playing until 1 am, which ruined our romantic escape.
