Lake-facing balconies with outside seating, great A/C unit, and efficient bathroom fittings. Staff is helpful and honest, as evidenced by recovering lost items. Nearby attractions include Tikal and Yaxha, with excursions available for purchase. A great balance between relaxation and adventure.

The hotel has a great location near everything in this tiny city, including the bridge that leads to the collectivo station or the airport. The room we requested had a wonderful view over the lake, and we enjoyed sitting out on the small balcony. The staff were polite and welcoming, and even though their English was not the best, they were always eager to help us. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the cleaner even organized our things, which was a pleasant surprise.

I recently stayed at Hotel Villa Del Lago for a few days and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, with a stunning view of the lake. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast, although an extra charge, was delicious and filling. The WiFi worked well, and the air conditioning in the rooms was a welcome relief from the hot weather. it was a great value for the price.

This hotel is an amazing value for the price! The location on the lakeside of Flores island provides stunning views from the beautiful terraces. The service from the friendly staff is great, and the rooms on the third floor come equipped with air conditioning and/or a private balcony overlooking the lake. The breakfast is delicious and provided every morning!

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to everything in the area. It was also conveniently located near the bridge leading out of the town. The views of the lake were absolutely stunning and added to the overall experience. The rooms were comfortable and well-lit, with natural ventilation and a refreshing breeze from the lake.

Although the staff were helpful, they seemed somewhat aloof and impersonal, which is to be expected from a hotel rather than a family-run B&B. the breakfast could have been included in the rates to make the overall stay more convenient for guests.

Our stay at Villa Del Lago was fantastic! The lobby and outdoor balconies gave us amazing views of the surroundings. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the room was stocked with shampoo and other necessities, and we appreciated the daily supply of bottled water. The breakfast was delicious and a great deal. We loved the location too, just a minute away from the main road to the island. The staff were polite and the room was kept clean. Stayed in a room with a stunning lake view from the terrace. The bed was big and comfortable, and the hot water in the shower was a great relief. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the complimentary bottles of water and snacks in the room.

I would have preferred a later breakfast option for those who like to sleep in. It would be nice if there were some emergency lighting in the corridors to avoid accidents, especially for those going out early for tours.

I had a great stay at Villa Del Lago! The staff was extremely polite and accommodating. The location was perfect, just a minute away from the main road to the island. The room was very clean and even surprised me by organizing my belongings. The terrace was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. I highly recommend this hotel!
