The location was perfect, with many star hotels and great restaurants nearby. The room had a breathtaking view of the airport and the mountains beyond. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff were terrific. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable king-sized bed. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great. The hotel also offered a free shuttle bus service to the airport every hour. it was a wonderful experience!

I recently stayed at Hotel Real Intercontinental in Guatemala for a week. The location was perfect, with convenient access to shopping malls and a short drive to the airport. The spacious rooms were a delight, especially the comfortable king-sized bed with a beautiful view of the Swiss consulate. The service at both restaurants was exceptional, and Alejandro went out of his way to ensure a welcoming stay. I also enjoyed relaxing by the pool and in the jacuzzi.

Additionally, the hotel's central location in a safe area was convenient for exploring the city. We also appreciated the assistance of the concierge in organizing our tours to nearby attractions.

One of the downsides of our stay was the lack of heat in our room. Despite trying to adjust the temperature control, only cool air blew out.
