I recently stayed at Las Lagunas Boutique for three days and it was absolutely amazing. The location is perfect, with a peaceful and unique atmosphere. The staff, especially Carlos at the front desk, went above and beyond to make my stay incredible. The beautiful pool, boat tour to Monkey Island, and trip to Tikal with Carlos were unforgettable experiences. The property inside and outside the rooms is stunning, and the restaurant staff, like Alex and Elmer, provide 5-star service. this hotel is a hidden gem and worthy of a 6-star rating. I hope to return one day.

The view onto the lake was breathtaking. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. Being in an area enclosed by mosquito netting added to the tranquility of the stay. The location on a lagoon with no other properties nearby provided a sense of exclusivity and closeness to nature. The staff was attentive, kind, and made sure I had everything I needed.

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel for a few days. The staff were fantastic, especially Carlos at the front desk and Alex in the restaurant. The location is fabulous, giving you a jungle-like experience while still being close to Flores and Tikal. The accommodations are excellent, with each room being a stand-alone bungalow with its own private hot tub overlooking the lagoon. The restaurant setting is wonderful, and the food is excellent. The hotel is also a great jumping-off point for visiting Tikal, and the staff can help arrange your trip. Don't miss the monkey feeding on the nearby islands!

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, and the rooms were absolutely luxurious. The location by the lake was stunning and peaceful, and the staff treated us like royalty, especially Carlos at the front desk and Alex in the restaurant.

Breakfast delights could have been improved by offering more than just a continental option.

As women traveling alone, we felt completely safe and secure at Las Lagunas. The floating rooms provided a unique and insect-free experience. The double windows allowed for a peaceful night's sleep, but we could still enjoy the sounds of the jungle by leaving one window open. The food was amazing and the service was top-notch. Highly recommended for a 100% enjoyable stay.

The private jacuzzi on the enclosed lanai was a perfect spot to relax. The hotel grounds were well-groomed and blended seamlessly into the jungle, allowing for enjoyable walks and wildlife sightings. It was too secluded and far from civilization. The hotel was located far away from the city, making it difficult to get out and explore, so we felt a bit isolated.

The lack of functioning air-conditioners in some rooms and constant power outages were major disappointments.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the moment we were picked up at the airport until the end of our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options and fresh ingredients. The location was perfect, overlooking a beautiful lake and surrounded by stunning nature. We also loved the included activities, like guided tours and access to a museum with an impressive collection of artifacts.

The coffee could have been better, considering the high quality of Guatemalan coffee. Also, for those looking for a lot of entertainment or nightlife, this might not be the best place as it is isolated and focuses more on relaxation and tranquility.

Also, the restaurant and poolside snack bar offer a variety of options to satisfy any palate, and the garden area adds a touch of tranquillity to the venue.

Though my stay was fantastic, I must mention that there was only one minor issue: the internet connection was somewhat slow at times. However, this did not hinder my enjoyment of the hotel in any significant way.
