We were amazed by the beautiful and ornate rooms at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town plaza. We were thrilled to have a view of two volcanoes from our window. we had a fantastic and memorable stay at this charming hotel.

This fantastic hotel is perfectly located just a block from the central plaza, which means you're right in the heart of Antigua Guatemala. Being so close to the main square, you have easy access to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions. The rooms are not only beautifully decorated, but they're also very spacious and well-maintained. The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Plus, the breakfast served here is absolutely delicious!

I wish that they would accept credit cards for all purchases, even for small items like a cup of coffee.

The breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Definitely made a great start to our day! Another highlight was the courtyard, which was serene and peaceful. It was also great to be in such a central location, with everything we needed just a short walk away.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, we did feel that it would have been nice to have a gym or spa on-site. This would have made the hotel even more perfect, but we still had a great time regardless.

The swimming pool is a bit small and may become crowded during peak hours. there are various private facilities available to compensate for this minor issue.
