The hotel is situated in a beautiful jungle setting, with tropical birds and animals roaming around the property. the rooms were clean and well, appointed, with the Palermo junior suite offering stunning views of the lush jungle and nearby mountains. the breakfast buffet included a variety of options, such as pancakes, scrambled eggs, and fresh fruit. the on, site restaurants provided a diverse selection of cuisines, including regional favorites, grilled steaks, and wood oven pizzas.

The hotel's service was inconsistent, with some guests experiencing poor customer service, including delayed or forgotten orders. the sound isolation in the rooms was subpar, as guests could hear conversations and noise from outside their rooms.

The location of the hotel is in the high mountains, surrounded by a beautiful playground area with well-maintained gardens. The rooms are spacious, although basic, and the bathroom facilities are adequate. The hotel staff is friendly and knowledgeable, providing helpful assistance in arranging tours to nearby attractions such as Semuc Champey and the Lonquin caves.

Despite the older-fashioned room without wifi, we found it comfortable for a good night's sleep.

Lovely outdoor spaces with a beautiful garden and small swimming pool. The staff at the reception were helpful and assisted us with our check-in process, despite a small hiccup with the booking. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and clean linens. The hotel grounds were quiet and secure, providing a peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed exploring the zoo, ponds, and bird cages on the property. The pizzeria, Napoli, served great pizza, which was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend this hotel for its reasonable price and enjoyable outdoor amenities.
