I had a great stay at this hotel in Panajachel. The location was perfect, right in the center and very close to the lake. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were comfortable and had lovely views of the beautiful backyard. I also appreciated the basic amenities and the fact that breakfast was included.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was wonderful and there was nothing that could be improved.

Fantastic Service, Convenient Location, Charming Atmosphere

During my recent stay in Panajachel, we had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, just like the reviews mentioned. They were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even amidst last-minute changes to our plans.

The hotel offered two complementary activities which made our stay even more special. the hotel is situated in the heart of town, perfect for exploring the local area and finding good restaurants. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our romantic escape even more special.

While we enjoyed the hotel's central location, it was quite noisy at times which did disrupt our sleep. despite some negatives, we did enjoy our stay and would recommend it for those looking for a central location with friendly staff.

The prime location steps away from the lake and the variety of food options and grocery stores around the hotel are great for us friends who love going out at night. The entrance is impressive and they had a generator during a power outage, keeping us with electricity. The staff is wonderful and friendly.

I had a mixed experience at Posada De Los Volcanes. The location was great, right on the main tourist street with easy access to shopping and delicious food. The staff was very friendly and provided me with a map and restaurant recommendations. They even arranged a shuttle for me to Guatemala City. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. However, there were a few downsides. The room I stayed in was not as advertised, it was supposed to have a queen bed but instead had a double bed. Additionally, there was a sewer odor in the bathroom which was quite unpleasant. Lastly, I was not informed that the shuttle to Guatemala City was not direct and that I had to change shuttles in Antigua. I would recommend this hotel for its location and helpful staff, just make sure to clarify the room details and transportation arrangements.
