The staff were incredibly nice and friendly, always available to help us with anything we needed. They even arranged activities like hiking the Pacaya volcano for us. The hotel also surprised us with a birthday breakfast on the terrace, which was a lovely touch. The property itself is beautiful, with a stunning garden, pool, and hangout room. Our room, including the bathroom, was also gorgeous.

Felt like a second home, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
