I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces, making me forget about the bad feeling of getting lost. The river front room was spacious, clean, and just as pictured. The two ceiling fans kept the temperature comfortable for sleeping at night. The hammock on the porch provided a secluded spot for relaxing. The hotel's location next to the river was perfect, offering a beautiful setting and easy access to the boardwalk through the jungle to the town. The hotel also provided transportation services, making it easy to explore the area. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, location next to the river, and the helpful staff were the best aspects of my stay.

My family and I stayed at this lovely waterfront hotel for a week and we had an amazing time. The restaurant deck/dock area had a fun vibe, and the food was very good. The cottages scattered throughout the property offered various options, including waterfront locations. We loved the kayaks that were available free of charge, and the kids absolutely enjoyed them. The hotel also offered boat trips to nearby areas for a fee. The bottomless cup of coffee in the morning and strategically placed drinking water around the property were thoughtful touches. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a great hot shower. We also enjoyed the opportunity to swim in the lake and cool down. The animals on the property, including baby ducks and cats, were a delight to see. The staff was friendly and the owner, Daphne, was a delight to talk to. it was a fantastic experience and we would love to stay here again.

I had an incredible stay at a unique boutique lodge. The bungalows were suspended on the river, creating a stunning and picturesque setting. The location was perfect, right on the waterfront with a beautiful view from the restaurant. The hotel also had a smoking area with chairs, tables, and even a library. I loved the long pier with boats and lights, creating a magical atmosphere. The staff was very nice and always ready to assist. The common bathrooms were spotlessly clean, and my room was comfortable and cozy. I highly recommend staying in the El ranchito bungalow, it was truly a special experience.

We had a truly amazing experience staying at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the jungle. The location is simply breathtaking, nestled right on the edge of the lake, surrounded by lush tropical greenery. The view from the restaurant, where we enjoyed our meals, was absolutely stunning, with the water right in front of us. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for, including a sitting area and a terrace where we could relax and soak in the natural beauty of the surroundings. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we were especially impressed with the hot showers that provided much-needed relaxation after a long day of exploring. the peacefulness and tranquility of this place made our stay truly unforgettable.

The location of this hotel is absolutely beautiful. Being on the water and surrounded by nature was a highlight of our trip. We also really enjoyed the restaurant deck/dock area, which had a fun and lively atmosphere. Additionally, the free kayaks provided by the hotel were a great bonus and allowed us to explore the river in a unique way.

One major downside of our stay was the noise at night. Unfortunately, the hotel is situated directly across the lake from a busy highway, and the constant noise from trucks crossing the bridge kept us awake at night.

We stayed here for 1 night to break up our trip to Livingston. The location was very scenic and convenient, with beautiful grounds. The Casita Elegante exceeded our expectations, with a spacious and nicely designed room, a super king-sized bed, and stunning views of the jungle and lake. The verandah with a hammock and chairs was a perfect spot to relax. The food was excellent, and the staff were helpful and patient. If you want a little extra luxury and a great river experience, this is a good choice.

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the river and the surrounding jungle. the cabins were nestled right into the tropical jungle, giving us a true escape into nature. Additionally, the hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One downside was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, as the hotel is an Eco Hotel. During the hot weather, it did get a bit muggy in the rooms.
