the location and view were breathtaking, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. They even took us to Santa Catarina for shopping and picked us up. the breakfast was delicious and the overall atmosphere was peaceful compared to other towns around the lake. I highly recommend Tzampoc Resort to everyone I know!

The staff were incredibly helpful, arranging transportation for me and even driving me into town themselves. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious and comfortable room, a beautiful pool area, and a jacuzzi. The breakfast was delicious and filling, and the location on a hill gave a perfect vantage point to see the lake.

Prices at the swimming pool bar were fair and they provided complimentary bottles of water.

The location of the hotel was far from the main road and required a steep uphill walk. the lack of a restaurant was disappointing, as the chef had just arrived and was still setting up.

We had a lovely romantic getaway at this charming boutique hotel. the layout of the hotel provided us with privacy and the view over the lake was absolutely breathtaking. the beautiful flora surrounding the hotel made it feel like an oasis. the delicious breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the lake was a wonderful way to start our day. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

One drawback was that the hotel could use a bit of renovation to bring it back to its former glory. Although small, some details showed signs of aging.
