the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed including a fridge and complimentary water. the continental breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed watching the World Cup on the terrace. the staff was amazing, providing excellent service and assistance with a friendly and professional attitude. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay. WiFi was reliable and overall, it was an amazing experience. We can't wait to stay here again.

I loved the excellent service at this premier brand hotel, from the warm welcome to the efficient porter. The food was delicious, especially the omelet, and the rooftop bar had a fabulous city view. Location was great, and I'd definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Best Western in PAP. The well-maintained property offers great value, with attentive staff who made us feel safe and welcome. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed the excellent food at Le Michel. The hotel's unique lounge area with a retractable roof provided a beautiful view of PAP.

Friendly and helpful staff makes you feel welcome and accommodated. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options. The fast and reliable WiFi is a major plus. The location near supermarkets and restaurants adds convenience. With all this, I definitely recommend this hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by the luxurious amenities and Haitian art throughout the hotel. The Le Michel restaurant served us a delicious breakfast and the shuttle service was prompt and reliable. We felt safe walking around the area at night and enjoyed the relaxing spa and pool after a long day of sightseeing.

Sadly, the quotation prepared prior to our arrival did not include taxes and fees, which added another 15% to the bill.

Room amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities and an in-room safe make the stay even more comfortable. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area offer a great place to relax. The swimming pool and exercise gym are great for those who like to keep active. Free wifi is also a plus.
