The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with great AC. the breakfast and food options were amazing. Additionally, the hotel was beautifully landscaped, providing a pleasant atmosphere during my stay.

Although the staff were friendly, there were some issues with the room amenities. I had to request toilet paper, shampoo, and soap as they were not provided initially.

Additionally, the breakfast and food served at the hotel were amazing - a real treat during my vacation.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. I was disappointed that guests were not allowed to bring their own guests to the pool, and had to pay an additional fee for their company to access the pool.
