During our stay at Gran Hotel Sula, we encountered a mishap with our toilet late at night. However, the hotel staff reacted quickly and sent someone to fix the problem. They unstopped the toilet, thoroughly cleaned and refreshed the bathroom. Despite my initial frustration, I decided to stay in our suite because of how attentive and thoughtful the hotel maintenance service was. The front desk manager also expressed their apologies and assured us that they were working on the situation. this incident showcased the efficiency and responsiveness of the staff at Gran Hotel Sula. I would recommend this hotel based on their excellent service.
