The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who were always ready to assist us. We were impressed by the room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping services offered. The hotel also had medical facilities available, which gave us peace of mind. The airport shuttle service was a great convenience and the welcome drink was a nice touch. The room amenities were excellent, including the comfortable beds, air conditioning, and balcony. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains from our room.

Although there were other hotels in the area, I believe this one is the best. The convenient cab service provided by the hotel made getting around easy and secure. The location was also ideal, and the mountain view was simply stunning. I highly recommend this hotel for a safe and comfortable stay in Tegucigalpa.

While the water pressure on the 9th floor was not satisfactory, and the lack of a fridge or microwave in the room was inconvenient, these minor drawbacks did not greatly impact my overall experience. Additionally, it would be beneficial for the hotel to address the issue of the weird layout of the room, as it wasted space that could have been utilized more efficiently.
