Friendly staff, especially Allan and Joel at the front desk. They accommodated our room change and gave us a great upgrade. Spacious suites, delicious breakfast buffet, and a beautiful beach. Reina, the bartender, was the best. Security was superb, and the day security guard was very helpful. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Infinity Bay for a week-long vacation with my family, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The grounds of the resort were stunning, especially the pristine pool and well-maintained walkways. Our room, located near the beach and pool, was perfect for our needs. The breakfast that was included with our stay was absolutely delicious and definitely worth it. The hotel also provided a convenient water station by the beach, which was a nice touch. our experience at Infinity Bay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it.

The resort is neat, with a nice swimming pool and a narrow but well-equipped beach. Free kayaks are available for guests. The kitchen is great, although some additional kitchenware would be nice. The air conditioning is strong but a bit noisy. The most impressive feature is the coral reef just 50 meters from the coast. The service to and from the ferry port was good.

We had a fantastic time at the resort, with great facilities and a beautiful beachfront location. the surroundings were stunning, and we especially loved dining on the outside patio overlooking the beach. the food, although expensive, was of better quality compared to the buffet and the other restaurants in the area were excellent too. Getting around was made easy with boat taxis, and snorkeling was a highlight for us. the staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel safe throughout our stay. it was a wonderful experience for our family, with awesome views and a beautiful spot by the ocean.

We had a wonderful time at this beach resort. the location was perfect, with a beautiful beach and an amazing coral reef right outside our door. the access to a large pool, restaurant, and beach bar was a major plus. We felt safe and well taken care of, thanks to the presence of security personnel. the staff, from the front desk to the bar and breakfast attendants, were all friendly and accommodating. the breakfast was advertised as amazing, and it truly lived up to our expectations. the spacious accommodations added to the overall comfort of our stay. We loved the diving opportunities provided by Infinity Bay Divers, making our experience even more memorable.

We had an amazing time on our vacation! The location was perfect, with beautiful snorkeling right off shore and great restaurants nearby. Alonso and Williams took great care of us with round-trip rides, while Kerrisha, Sindy, and Heidi provided excellent service during our meals. The room was cozy and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and the view from the resort was stunning. We also enjoyed the well-maintained pool and beach area.
