The air conditioning was weak, leading to uncomfortably warm nights!!! Wi-Fi connectivity issues were persistent, forcing frequent password re-entries. Noise from the nearby train station can be a nuisance during sleep. More variety in room sizes would also be appreciated!!!

absolutely terrible experience. first, the AC was broken for days, how do they expect me to sleep? also, the breakfast was limited and disappointing, I almost gave a good review but just couldn't. as a discerning guest, I woudl ve appreciated an upgrade or a welcome gift for my troubles. clearly, this place can’t prioritize comfort.

anna hotel was super nice! big rooms and super clean, like seriously the cleanest ive ever seen! the staff were really friendly and helpful, like they actually cared. breakfast looked amazin with lots of choices. location was pretty chill, not super touristy but close enough to get around easily.

the ac was broken for a couple days, so it got kinda hot at night. beds were a bit too soft for my liking, so if ur picky about pillows, maybe bring ur own.

The staff was really helpful, especially the receptionist during the day. He was very cheerful and spoke good English , which made things a lot easier for us. And I gotta say, the parking was a big plus — always a spot available , no worries needed.
