The value for money at the hotel was excellent - we got more than what we expected. The room was comfortable, modern, and exceeded our expectations. The location of the hotel was great, close to the nearby thermal spa, and the staff treated us with utmost kindness and professionalism.

The breakfast menu could be improved with more variety and better quality of meals.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, surrounded by beautiful greenery and with a moderate size water park just a short walk away. The hotel's lawn is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach. The service was top-notch, with room service, laundry, and even airport shuttle available. The room amenities were excellent, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

This hotel is highly recommended for families.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in the outskirts of a small town. Facilities included a spa and a swimming pool. The hotel had a beautiful restaurant and the food served was of good quality. Location wise, it was surrounded by wineries and wine cellars offering unique experiences.

The overall experience was disappointing. The room was worn out and the bed was uncomfortable, causing unease and disturbed sleep. The bathroom was slippery and lacked safety precautions. The staff lacked communication skills and didn't prioritize the guests' needs. would not recommend staying at this hotel due to the lack of comfort and basic necessities.
