busy days exploring Budapest. The staff was attentive and very pleasant, making our stay even more enjoyable. I especially liked that the hotel’s breakfast hall was once a grand ballroom, adding a touch of history to our mornings.

Unfortunately, the wellness area was poorly maintained during my stay, with several facilities like the sauna and jacuzzi out of order and no staff present to assist guests.

The lack of a proper welcome at reception added to my frustration. I had to lug my suitcase up a flight of stairs because there was no assistance available. Despite the elegant setting, the spa was underwhelming with poorly maintained facilities and unwelcoming staff presence.

this hotel is in such a good spot, just a hop from the parliament and danube river. rooms are huge and realy clean, and i loved that they had nice bath products. breakfast was super rich with tons of choices, and the staff were chill and helpful. the building looks amazin, feels like you're in the 18th century. had a great time all around!

the location of aurea ana palace by eurostars hotel company is incredible, just a few meters from the parliament and a short walk to the danube. the room was spacious and included a yoga mat, which was a nice touch. the service was top-notch, with friendly staff who went above and beyond, especially adrian at the front desk.

The location offers peace while being just a few minutes from major attractions, making navigating the city a breeze. The lounge area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.

The spa service could have been better, as some amenities were underwhelming. Additionally, there was a slight inconsistency with the complimentary bottled water not being replenished regularly.

We loved our stay, especially taking the kids to the nearby Danube Palace for a family-friendly performance. The hotel was a fantastic base for exploring Budapest, with a cozy room and friendly staff who were always up for helping us find the best spots.

For dads, it would be great if the spa offered more family-friendly hours.
