The marble bathrooms are beautiful, with separate bathtub and shower areas. The staff is attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast options are delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The hotel also offers amenities like a swimming pool and spa facilities.

Some rooms have small windows overlooking a courtyard, which may not be as pleasant for some guests.

The front desk manager, Bruno, was very helpful in addressing any issues that arose. The staff, including a young lady from Estonia, went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. The hotel is located in a central location, making it easy to explore the main attractions of the city. The rooms were beautifully decorated and of a high standard. The lack of attention to detail from the housekeeping staff. We had to call reception twice to replace used towels and refill water and tea cups, which was a minor inconvenience.
