The hotel is on a boulevard with a tram, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff provided excellent service, from room service and housekeeping to laundry and shuttle service. We also enjoyed the welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance. The rooms were lovely, with amenities like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The terrace and patio were perfect for relaxing, and the rooms were soundproofed for a peaceful night's sleep. we were impressed with the comfort and quality services provided.

My Christmas stay was lovely thanks to the hotel's cozy ambiance and top-notch service. the complementary hot chocolate and fresh-baked cookies really put me in the holiday spirit. the hotel's location was perfect too, just a short walk away from all the Christmas markets. the staff were incredibly helpful in recommending nearby restaurants and attractions.
