the hotel's excellent location and beautiful interiors made our stay in budapest truly memorable. the friendly staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided great recommendations. we were pleasantly surprised by the room upgrade and enjoyed the spacious spa suite. overall, an incredible experience that exceeded our expectations.

gym facilities were disappointing

The bathroom in the suite was stunning, with an enormous bathtub and modern design. The staff were friendly and helpful, upgrading us to a beautiful corner suite on arrival. The hotel's central location was ideal for exploring the city. I highly recommend this unique and luxurious hotel.

Spent New Year's at a hotel with great Asian fusion food and personalized service. Enjoyed the spacious room and easy access to the city's main attractions. Appreciated the friendly staff and help with making restaurant reservations. Location is convenient for exploring the city on foot.

Although the room was spacious, it could have been brighter and better lit. Some rooms do not have a view.

The restaurant offered fine dining and a delicious buffet breakfast, with a variety of fresh, high-quality options.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the room service. Although they arrived promptly, they forgot to restock the mini-fridge in our room.
