The hotel is conveniently located, allowing easy access to all the great attractions in the city. With its central location, everything one could require to explore the city is close by. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and modern furniture. The bathrooms are well-maintained and offer plenty of space. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. Complimentary coffee, snacks, and beverages are available at the reception. the hotel has a charming outdoor space where guests can relax.

There is no elevator in the hotel, which means suitcases must be carried up the stairs.

The gentleman at the reception went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city. The charming decor and spacious rooms added to the overall experience. The complimentary coffee and snacks were a nice touch, and the outdoor garden provided a peaceful retreat. I had a wonderful stay at Butik Art.

The bed was a bit too soft for my preference, and the rooms under the roof tended to get hot.

Excellent breakfast and staff. Wonderful hotel with comfortable bed. Great communication with hotel team.

The heating in some rooms may not be very intense, requiring guests to use additional blankets during the night.

As youngsters, we loved the unique layout of the hotel with its central outside courtyard. The building within a building concept was really cool and added to its charm. The location was great, with convenience stores, restaurants, and tourist attractions within walking distance. The staff were super friendly and provided excellent recommendations and information about the area. We also appreciated the detailed instructions they left for our late-night arrival. the hotel had a comfortable and cozy atmosphere that we really enjoyed.

We felt welcome and had no complaints during our stay.
