During my recent stay at Novotel, I experienced excellent customer service. The staff promptly resolved any issues I had, including a problem with the room safe. They were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment for my visit. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the city's attractions. I had a positive experience and would recommend Novotel for a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the old city center. The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English. Check-in was a breeze and the room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city near a variety of lovely restaurants and attractions. Guests can easily walk to the town center and explore the old city center, which is not far from the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of delicious food, and there is a full-service bar and restaurant on-site. Additionally, the hotel is energy conscious with motion sensors in the hallway and windows that open to let in fresh air.

There were occasional issues with the service, such as slow replacement of food at breakfast and expensive prices for drinks.

We recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in this beautiful town and had a very pleasant experience. The location of this place was great, as it was in the middle of the old part of the town and the new trendy area, making everything easily accessible. The staff here were exceptional, always ready to answer any questions we had and were very polite and kind. The room amenities were also great, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV, making our stay even more comfortable.

Great location, close to downtown and other local attractions. High-speed wireless and a small restaurant with good food. the room was clean and quite modern.

The service was not up to par - wait staff was slow and unresponsive, and the front desk staff seemed indifferent. Prices were also on the higher side, compared to other local hotels.
