The staff were SUPER friendly and helpful, especially the bartender who saved us some croissants and coffee! The room service and housekeeping were prompt and efficient. The free entry to the baths was a jaw-dropping offer. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Budapest.
