We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Heviz with a fantastic location. Just a few minutes from the center, surrounded by trees and woodland, the atmosphere was serene and peaceful. The hotel itself was open and spacious, with a wellness section on the lower ground floor that was easily accessible by lifts. The wellness staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. Our premium room had a breathtaking view overlooking Lake Heviz, creating a picturesque panorama. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The food at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff throughout the hotel were attentive and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. We especially loved the live music that was performed each evening over Christmas, creating a relaxing ambience. The bar prices were reasonable, making it a great place to unwind. We also fell in love with Heviz itself - a clean, neat, and beautiful town with lovely buildings.

While our stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a few drawbacks. One evening, we had an unpleasant experience with a disgusting insect coming out of our room's ventilation system, which was quite unsettling.

Great time spent at a thermal hotel with big pools, amazing spa, and delicious food. Friendly staff. Two thermal pools at the hotel so no need to go to the lake. Dogs accepted. Will visit again!

Ensana was everything I could have hoped for. the hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including spacious swimming pools, saunas, and even a gym. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds were out of this world. the highlight for me was the delicious food served at the hotel restaurant. Ensana provided the perfect environment for relaxation and rejuvenation. I would definitely return in the future.
