One drawback is that some rooms have small windows with no view, which can be disappointing for those looking for a scenic view from their room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, situated in a very quiet street but still close to all the attractions. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff at the reception desk who were always available to assist me. The room was impeccable, with luxurious amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. I was impressed by the comfortable sitting area and the soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi were also a great addition. I also appreciated the complimentary toiletries and the option of a welcome drink upon arrival. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.

slow check-in process

The hotel offered great amenities such as comfortable air-conditioned rooms and a 12 pm checkout which was perfect for my business trip. the location of the hotel was fantastic with easy access to main transport links while still being on a quiet side street. Another advantage was the free mini bar in the room.

The check-in process was very slow and disorganized. It was not made clear beforehand that I would have to go to a different location to check in and the staff member was painfully slow in serving each guest.

the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, modern, and well equipped. I appreciated that they were pet-friendly, and the check-in and out process was easy. The breakfast had a good variety and even accommodated special requests. The small touches like the sweets and the free minibar drinks were a nice touch. a great stay!

The staff at Dormero Hotel went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Despite our late arrival, they arranged for us to check in at the neighboring Cityhotel and ensured we had a room. The room itself was clean, modern, and exactly as pictured. It had all the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer, security box, and small fridge with complimentary drinks. The breakfast buffet was delicious and served as a compensation for a small delay in preparing our room. I had a great experience at Dormero Hotel and would highly recommend it.
