We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at a hotel in Balatonszarszo. The newly renovated hotel had a modern and clean look, and the pool area was particularly impressive. The small bar by the pool was a nice touch, adding to the overall experience. The staff members were always polite, friendly, and available whenever we needed assistance. The hotel seemed to cater well to families with young children, but we still enjoyed our stay as a younger couple. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with shops and the city center within close proximity. we found the hotel to be a great choice and would highly recommend it for families with children.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel! the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Secondly, the location is superb, being very close to the beautiful lake. I also appreciated the value for money, as the prices were reasonable considering the amenities provided. The rooms were comfortable and had the necessary furniture, and I particularly enjoyed having a balcony to relax on. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service, location, and basic amenities.

The only minor issue I encountered was the limited breakfast options. However, everything else about this hotel was more than satisfactory.

Spent Christmas here and it was amazing. Perfect for a cozy family holiday. The room was clean and comfortable, and had a wonderful view of the lake. The spa was a highlight and we enjoyed the sauna and Jacuzzi. Great location, only a few minutes walk from the lake. They also had a children's play area which was lovely. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast didn't have a lot of variety, but was adequate. The pool was a bit small and crowded, but we were able to enjoy it nonetheless. The only downside was that we had to pay extra for some of the activities in the hotel. a great experience and we would definitely come back.
