Small room with necessary equipment, comfy bed, and close to lake and shops. Friendly staff allowed early check-in and garage parking after check-out. Split-level apartment was perfect for a family with children. Convenient location for exploring. Good room renovation and comfortable beds.

I had a great time on my recent holiday. the hotel had a fantastic location and was very clean. the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the restaurant served delicious meals, and the jacuzzi and sauna were a treat after a long day exploring.

The WiFi signal wasn't great, and there were no shades on the windows. the rooms could be a bit small, especially if you have children or a lot of baggage.

The hotel is conveniently located close to markets, the thermal lake, and the Metro 2. We enjoyed being on the pedestrian street, as it allowed us easy access to cafes and restaurants. Our room was spacious and very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. The staff at the reception were helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to check-in late at night. the hotel offered good value for money.

The breakfast could have been improved, as some of the products were of low quality and we found hair in the food.
