Excellent staff, attentive and welcoming. Convenient location for visiting the spa. Good food options for lactose/gluten intolerants. Tip: Visit Aqua Palace before closing for a luxurious experience.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of town, with direct access to the Aqua Palace spa through an indoor tunnel. This makes it incredibly convenient to enjoy the pools and relax in the jacuzzi and sauna. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large beds and well-maintained bathrooms. Plus, the breakfast is simply delicious, offering a wide variety of food to start the day off right.

No improvement needed, everything was great!

The town was a nice place for a city break. Thermal spas in the center are not to miss, and there's a big parking lot right beside them that was very convenient. the staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious. Plus, the included food was pretty good!

The hotel fell short in some areas. And, to top it off, the rooms were very outdated, and the bathroom could have been cleaner.
