I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the pools. It was so convenient to have everything right at my fingertips. The service was top-notch, with a wide range of amenities including dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. Another highlight was the shuttle service, which made getting around a breeze. I also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival, adding a personal touch to my stay. The rooms were immaculate, with all the necessary facilities including a flat-screen TV and a comfortable terrace with garden furniture.

We had a wonderful Christmas break at this hotel. The food was fantastic with a great variety to choose from every night. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with any requests. We enjoyed having access to the nearby spa, which was included in our room rate. The surroundings of the hotel were beautiful, with great walking paths and cycling routes nearby.

We were disappointed that the rooms were not cleaned daily. We also found that the pillows were too big and uncomfortable, which made it hard for us to get a good night's sleep. The fitness center was only open during specific hours, which didn't always coincide with our schedule. We would have appreciated more vegan and fresh salad options at meals.

Delicious food options, diverse menu every night. Beautiful surroundings, cleaning parks and walking paths. Great for bicycles. Spacious rooms with clothes drier and nice view from balcony. Connection with main aquapark. Friendly and helpful staff. Free access to Aquarius spa. Good fitness room and empty most of the time. Helpful restaurant with special meals.
