This place is very comfortable for families. The kids had fun with lots of pools and slides. The food was excellent. The staff was nice and helpful.

Had a great new year experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the spa facilities especially the thermal pool and sauna. There were many indoor activities like table tennis and pool tables which kept us busy. Kids had a great time with the kiddie pool and water slides. The food was delicious with lots of vegetarian options.

The hotel rooms were a bit cramped and not very soundproof. Could hear noise from the neighboring rooms.

Lovely location for morning runs near volcano, half-day trip to Balaton. Tasty food with vegetarian and gluten-free options. Variety of thermal pools, sauna world, proper swimming pool, and toboggans. Not crowded like larger spas.

The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a lovely view of the garden. The bathroom was also well-maintained and supplied with all necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, ensuring that all our needs were met. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, catering to both children and adults. our experience at this hotel was fantastic.

One negative aspect was the size of the spa's hot water pool, which was too small compared to its popularity.
