The staff at reception were always there to help and they made me feel very welcome. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything I needed, from towels and toiletries to a fully equipped kitchen. I even had fresh towels available at the reception whenever I needed them. The convenience of having a 24-hour reception was a big plus. I had a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this accommodation.

Despite some minor inconveniences like the bed not being a queen and the room only being cleaned once, I found the overall experience to be great. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. I will definitely consider staying at Florin Apart again on my next visit to Budapest.
