I had a genuinely relaxing experience at this hotel. The personnel were friendly and genuinely polite, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room and the hotel itself were in flawless shape, with a very atmospheric interior design. Everything was clean and tastefully designed. The spa area had a beautiful view of the forest, and getting a massage there was an absolute must-do. The breakfast and dinner were both delicious and of great quality. This place has definitely left the best impression on me so far in a wellness hotel.

Great spa facilities and lovely views from the room. the hotel is in a prime location near several tourist spots and has an on-site restaurant that serves delicious food.

The customer service was below average, with staff showing little interest in helping guests. the rooms were not properly cleaned and had a lingering odor.

The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that all our needs were met. The breakfast was also delicious, with a good selection of options. We even had a stunning view of the forest from our room.
