Everything was spot on.

the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We even had two connecting rooms with two bathrooms, which was very convenient. the breakfast options were amazing, with a wide variety of healthy choices, including fresh squeezed juice and vegan food. the pool was a bit cold for kids, but it was still suitable for swimming. there was a small indoor playground area that was perfect for keeping the kids entertained during check-in and check-out. the location of the hotel was great, as it allowed us to avoid city center traffic jams. It was within walking distance of a popular shopping mall and a small city park.

Dirty and outdated room, uncomfortable bed, slow and unreliable Wi-Fi, and terrible noise from traffic. the hotel seems overpriced considering its lack of maintenance.

Good breakfast, easy parking, child-friendly with playground. Reception area comfortable with a gym. Great location with nice hill views. Nice sauna and elegant lighting. Impressive customer service from Manager Housekeeping for shipping my forgotten Macbook charger back to India. Kudos!
