I recently stayed at this incredible hotel in the center of town and it was an absolute delight. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of everything. It was so convenient to have all the restaurants and the beautiful lake just a short walk away. Plus, being directly on the pedestrian zone made it so easy to explore and shop. The staff here were outstanding, they were so friendly and accommodating. I had to cancel a reservation last minute and they were more than willing to help me out. The service here is top-notch!

The location of the hotel is great, as it is situated next to the pedestrian street and is very close to the Heviz thermal lake. Additionally, it is conveniently located to Sarmellek airport. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a kitchenette and balcony in some. The staff are helpful and the breakfast is simple but hearty.

The parking arrangements are complicated with very narrow parking lots in the garage.

We had a great experience at the Palace Hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice balcony. The location was fantastic, right on the main street and close to everything in Heviz. The breakfast and buffet dinner offered a wide variety of food options, and the spa area was excellent with three types of saunas. The staff was professional and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the center of town. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the facilities, such as the swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. we had a fantastic experience here.

The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were fantastic! So many options to choose from and really delicious. the location was perfect, close to the thermal lake and a quick walk to the town center. the spa facilities were clean and well-maintained, and it was a great way to relax after exploring the town all day.

The parking situation was a bit of a hassle, with narrow spaces in the underground garage and an additional charge. some of the staff members were not very friendly or helpful, which was a bit of a disappointment.
