Spotlessly clean with friendly staff. Modern rooms and great breakfast. Excellent location for zoo access. Free WiFi and parking. Wouldn't stay anywhere else next time I visit.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the zoo, with a private entrance, allowing us to easily access the zoo at any time. Additionally, the hotel is situated on two small lakes, providing a peaceful and scenic environment for our stay. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious foods and hot drinks. We also enjoyed the unlimited access to the zoo, allowing us to explore the animal exhibits whenever we wanted.

We did notice that there was only one bottle of water prepared for two people, which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel's unique and stylish design was impressive, as well as the clean and fresh scent throughout the property. the soundproof rooms were a rare and admirable feature. the hotel's proximity to the zoo was convenient and the complementary entry card a bonus.

the high temperatures in the room posed difficulties for sleeping as the air conditioning was too noisy and unable to set lower.

Unique hotel with Tree of Life in lobby, black and white animal photos, and helpful staff. Big rooms, clean bathrooms, great for families with playground and free zoo entry. Tasty breakfast and child-friendly design. Recommended.

I had the most fantastic stay at this hotel! The design was absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking view of the beautiful lakes. I particularly loved the fact that the hotel is located right on the border of the zoo, allowing for a unique and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel's garden and playground were perfect for relaxation and entertainment, and the indoor playground was an added bonus. The wooden bridges on each floor added a touch of charm to the overall ambiance. The room was clean and had a pleasant scent throughout, and the soundproofing was exceptional - I couldn't hear a sound from other rooms or the corridor. The breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious foods and hot drinks that catered to both adults and children. The fact that a ticket to the zoo was included and that you could access it directly from the hotel's garden was incredibly convenient.

Although my stay was wonderful, there were a few minor drawbacks. The plastic chairs on the balcony, while nicely designed, were not the most comfortable.
