The place to stay in the heart of Budapest - big, spacious rooms/apartments, very clean and comfy. Convenient parking with an elevator from your floor to your car. Great location, close to metro, trams, bars, and cafes. Affordable price.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of Budapest. It was easy to reach from the airport and there were plenty of options for dining and entertainment nearby. The hotel had a great view of the city and the rooms were spacious and well-equipped. The facilities in the rooms, such as the balcony and kitchen, were a bonus.

The noise from nearby bars and pubs during the night was a bit disruptive.

We had a fabulous stay at a conveniently located apartment in a vibrant area. The accommodation was of high standard, and the staff were efficient and friendly. Despite some noise at night, we enjoyed the experience and look forward to returning in the future. highly recommended!

Excellent value for the price, two nice complimentary amenities, and an unbeatable location. The rooms were spacious and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast and the access to indoor parking, both offering great value for free. The location was perfect, a short walk from all the main attractions and lots of great food options nearby.

Some of the furniture was outdated and in poor condition. The air conditioning was not well-positioned, and the access to the balcony was blocked.

My recent stay at Park Residence was fantastic! I stayed for a week for a city break in Budapest. The location of the apartment was perfect, right in the center of all the action. There were countless restaurants, bars, and markets right outside the door, making it extremely convenient to explore. The apartment itself was spacious and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay. The staff at Park Residence were also friendly and helpful. Additionally, having private parking at such a low price was a big plus. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Super welcome at the agency and excellent location. The apartment was super clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine. The heat in the apartment was very efficient, which was great for the chilly weather. the possibility to leave our luggage at the office after check-out was very convenient.

The noise from the nightlife downstairs was quite loud, and the rooms were not as soundproof as advertised. The kitchen cutlery was dirty when we arrived, and one of the non-smoking rooms had a lingering smell of smoke.
