We had a fantastic stay at Tisia Hotel & Spa in Tiszaujvaros. The brand new hotel was clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. The selection at breakfast and dinner was top-notch, and the parking facility was great. We especially enjoyed using the spa facilities, although we were disappointed that access to the wellness/sauna area had an additional charge. On the plus side, we were able to use all other facilities without any extra fees. The hotel had a modern design and our room was spacious and comfortable.

I had an amazing stay with great facilities, the food was remarkable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. the parking was convenient and the hotel's design was exceptional. I found the location to be very advantageous - with easy access to the hot springs and other attractions. the robes provided were a nice touch, especially for the delicious breakfast and exquisite dinner. the spa was beautiful, and I enjoyed using the mineral bath.

Although the surroundings were picturesque, the smell from the nearby industrial facility was quite noticeable. On top of that, the noise from the plant could be heard during the weekdays, but it didn't disturb my peaceful stay.

The hotel is perfectly connected to the thermal complex, allowing easy access to the pools and spa facilities. The design of the hotel is exquisite, with a wonderful range of colors and attention to detail, such as the embossing of "Tisia" on the pillow. The staff is friendly and professional, providing excellent service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities. The breakfast and dinner options are delicious, with a good selection of dishes.

There are some communication issues with English-speaking staff, leading to misunderstandings and potential overcharges.
