spent the easter holidays in this excellent four-star hotel with my family. Loved the massage service that was very good and cheap. The swimming pool was small but very private and cozy, and we had a great time in the Jacuzzi. Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently close to the viaduct and the zoo, making it easy for us to explore the city. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and dinner in their local and gourmet restaurants.

The hotel decor in the rooms and restaurant was outdated and old-fashioned. While the front desk staff was helpful and kind, some of the wait staff in the restaurant seemed disinterested in providing good service.

This hotel is perfectly located near the center of town, close to attractions like the local zoo and the castle district. The rooms are well equipped, clean, and offer a pleasant view of the garden with a pond. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome and giving useful recommendations. The breakfast and restaurant offer amazing cuisine, and the spa area is clean and quiet. The reliable wifi and lovely outdoor furniture in the sun are added perks.

The walls in some areas of the hotel look tired and in need of refreshment.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location below the bridge in a quiet area next to the zoo was perfect for us. It allowed us to enjoy a peaceful environment while still being just outside the center of town. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and always available to assist us with anything we needed. The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the terrace and garden furniture, which provided a lovely place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
