We absolutely loved staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the center of downtown Reykjavik. The location was simply amazing, with everything we needed right at our fingertips. The staff here were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were always available to assist us with any questions or requests we had, and their professionalism was top-notch.

The Christmas decorations in the hotel were beautiful and really added to the festive atmosphere. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we had questions about local attractions. the location was great, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.

The room was also smaller than anticipated, making it a bit cramped for two people with luggage. while the hotel had some positive aspects, these issues definitely detracted from our enjoyment of our Christmas vacation.

Our stay at the Wonderful Boutique Hotel was truly excellent. The rooms were modern, clean, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the Isafold Restaurant, where the staff provided exceptional service and the breakfast was consistently delicious. The front desk and cleaning staff were also friendly and helpful. We indulged in the spa package and found the steam room and sauna to be very enjoyable. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk to the heart of the city. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

I recently stayed at Thingholt hotel for a week-long yoga retreat and it was fantastic! The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, even allowing me to check in early and holding my bags during my trip to Akureyri. The Junior Suite was perfect, complete with a Nespresso machine and treats delivered to my door. The location is ideal, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and attractions. The fitness center and spa were a great bonus, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommended!

The staff, particularly Angela at the front desk, was extremely friendly and helpful, providing food recommendations and assisting with shuttle service and early breakfast arrangements on departure.

For a short winter break, this hotel proved to be a great choice with no complaints. Despite some minor drawbacks such as a less comfortable bed and occasional noise from the central location, the overall experience was positive.
