The rooms are comfortable and spotless, with the added convenience of a private sink. The kitchen is well-equipped and the homemade waffles are a delightful treat. The friendly hosts provide great service and the breakfast is delicious. Additionally, the guesthouse is conveniently close to the next town with dining options and a nearby farm adds to the charm of the setting.

The breakfast serving was great, with fresh waffles provided for guests. The dining area was spacious and comfortable.

The infrastructure, particularly the kitchen, was a bit old and worn. Although everything worked, it could use some updating.

It is a bit off the beaten path, but it is conveniently located between Vik and Hofn, making it a perfect stopover. The hotel's attention to detail is evident, with a well-marked sign along the Southern Ring road that helps you find it easily. The rooms, although a bit small, are clean and well-maintained. I particularly loved the skylight in the apartment bedroom which allowed me to admire the stars while lying in bed. The basic amenities provided, including a dining area and a shoe dryer, were much appreciated. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The highlight of my morning was the delicious Icelandic breakfast, which included a variety of options like bread, cheese, yogurt, meats. this hotel offers good value for money and I highly recommend taking a walk around the surrounding landscape, it's simply spectacular.
