Loved the free parking, but I had to park my own car! Also, the free WiFi was a nice touch, even though I had so much other stuff to do that I couldn't use it. Great terrace too, I enjoyed looking at it through the blinds.

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with waterfalls towering over the house and breathtaking views of the coast and mountains in the distance. It was a paradise for nature lovers like me. Plus, the rooms were nice and modern, providing a comfortable stay during my city break.

There were a few things that I didn't particularly like about my stay. the food options nearby were extremely limited, which was quite inconvenient.

As a couple, we absolutely loved our stay at Ekra! The room was beautifully designed with thoughtful finishing touches. The beds were incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. We appreciated having a coffee station and a mini fridge in the room. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute drive from the Glacier Lagoon, where we needed to be for work. And the bonus of potentially seeing reindeer herds in the area was a delightful surprise. The staff was also amazing, going above and beyond to assist us. Can't wait to come back and stay longer!

The location was spectacular, with a remote and tranquil setting surrounded by a breathtaking waterfall and stunning views from the rooms. The room decor was impeccable, matching the photos perfectly. The bathrooms were incredible, with a huge shower that was much needed after a cold day at the Lagoon. The hosts were responsive and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel offers beautiful views, stylish rooms, comfortable beds, and a great shower. The location is stunning, making it a great choice for visiting the Jokulsarlon lagoon. The tip to dine at Gerdi Guesthouse was appreciated, as the lamb there is excellent. a pleasant stay.

While our experience at Ekra Glacier Lagoon was predominantly positive, we did encounter a few minor drawbacks. Finding the hotel and driving uphill on a rough gravel road proved to be a bit challenging.
