We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including cooked breakfast, fruit salad, bread and cold meats/cheese, cereal/granola with dried fruits/yogurt/cold milk. The staff were very helpful and offered great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The location was close to the sea and within walking distance of the Reykjavik Art Museum's Asmundarsafn. It was also convenient for tour operators to do pickups for Northern Lights, Golden Circle, and Secret Lagoon tours.

The reception staff provided excellent service and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. The hotel offered a shuttle to downtown, which was a bonus. The laundry service was efficient and the restaurant and bar were excellent. The staff arranged airport transfers and the hotel was just a short walk to the seafront.

The hotel had spacious and clean rooms, which was definitely a plus. the staff at the bar were friendly and provided good service. It was also nice that they offered a free shuttle service to the city center.

The value for money was not great, as the spa entrance was an additional cost and not included in the room rate. the location was also not ideal, being quite far from the city center and requiring a car to get around.

Excellent breakfast with a wide variety and prompt staff. Comfortable and well-designed rooms with fresh bedding. Brasserie meals reasonably priced and nicely presented. Received outstanding service with helpful reception and fantastic restaurant team.

The value for money at Grand was absolutely perfect, the room was great and the location was convenient. The staff treated us so well, they were helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and airy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The emphasis on climate impact was impressive, with helpful advice on conserving resources. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel had a modern yet cozy atmosphere, and the free prosecco and biscuits were a delightful touch. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing complimentary spa vouchers to celebrate our engagement. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as noise from the atrium and a slightly overheated room, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent amenities.

We stayed at this place for few days and we were really impressed. We loved the fact that this venue was located within walking distance of the city centre, which made it incredibly convenient to explore the area. The service provided was impeccable. The room service, tours and ticket assistance and car hire services were exceptional and made our stay even more enjoyable. The in-room amenities provided such as the air conditioning, mini-bar, in-room safe and tea/coffee facilities were a great addition to the room. The spa centre was also fantastic, with a range of services such as facial, body wraps, and massage. it was a wonderful experience.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fabulous stay in the city.

The hotel is located in a convenient area within walking distance to the main shopping district. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a good selection of breakfast options. The lounge bar provides a great atmosphere to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. The staff is friendly and helpful in arranging tours and car rentals.

Communication issues may arise with some staff who are not fluent in English, but this does not detract from the overall positive experience.

The view of the mountains across the bay from our room was breathtaking. The staff even provided us with vegan options upon request. we had a fantastic stay at Grand Hotel.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. the staff were friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the location was great, with easy access to the city center and public transportation. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered a free shuttle service to town, making it convenient to explore the area.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the beds were too soft for our liking, causing discomfort during the night.
